The majority of Waltham Forest schools, including HFCS, are part of the  Haringey Education Partnership (HEP) giving  all staff access to high-quality external CPD. 
As a diocesan school we are also fortunate to work alongside a number of Good and Outstanding Catholic schools across the Diocese of Brentwood. You will benefit from cross-school working as well as dedicated professional development led by Diocesan secondary advisers. 

Wellbeing  

We support your wellbeing. Hybrid and flexible working are available where roles allow, and we offer benefits such as parental leave, employee assistance and wellbeing programmes, as well as high quality training and development and a supportive appraisal process.  All members of staff are entitled to a paid wellbeing day.  

Twilight CPD  

Twilight CPD means that staff at HFCS have a shorter summer term than many other Waltham Forest Schools.
